What’s the one thing you wish you knew sooner about owning, managing, or investing in real estate?

I’ve been having more of these convos lately, especially with new investors and overwhelmed landlords, and it’s clear:
🏠 Real estate has a learning curve.
🏠 And there’s no single “right” way to build wealth through it.

Some folks are crushing it with passive income.
Others are losing sleep (and money) over bad tenants, poor management, or tax surprises.

So I’m wondering....
What’s been your biggest “aha moment” in real estate so far?
Or if you’re just getting started, what’s your biggest question?

Let’s swap insights. You never know who you might help by sharing.
