One lender told me for the 7th residential mortgage onwards (till the 10th one), I have to put down 30% minimum down payment and I must have 740 credit score...Is it true? If it is, what would be the alternatives? (Seller financing, commercial loan etc...??)

@Nik Moushon thank you for your reply. I got a quote for both ACV and RCV

RCV annual premium $2,900 - which has deductible $1K; total coverage amount $450K with premises liability $100K; water backup of sewer or drains

ACV annual premium $1,700 - which has deductible $2K; Dwelling coverage $180K (which is the purchase price) with personal liability $300K; loss of rent $18K; living expense $18K

Additional questions:

- Do you think the rate above is reasonable? My budget before is $1,200 a month but looks like I will have to spend more

- Any other elements that I should add to the policy?

- What's your thought about RCV vs. ACV?

Need a handyman who is responsive, not so pricey, and good at small repairs in Indy.
