Hello Everyone!

As I begin my journey into the Indianapolis real estate market, I'm curious to hear from those of you who have experience investing in the area. Specifically, I'm interested in learning which neighborhoods or areas to avoid, as well as which ones have produced positive results for other investors.

If any of you have insight or recommendations based on your personal experience, I would greatly appreciate hearing from you. Whether it's a particular zip code, suburb, or neighborhood to consider, I'm eager to gather as much information as possible to make informed decisions as I explore this market.

Thank you for your help!

Hello Bigger Pockets community!

I'm interested in getting into the real estate market in Indianapolis and I'm hoping to get some recommendations for real estate agents who specialize in working with investors, as well as property managers who have a proven track record of success.

If any of you have had positive experiences with such professionals in the Indianapolis area, I would greatly appreciate your recommendations.

Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide!

@John Wigglesworth Congrats on the deal and success in getting a renter before the rehab is complete, I am also focusing on that area, the numbers seem to work for buy and hold. How did you refinance went? Were u able to get all the cash out?

Probably someone else, I have been inactive for the last few weeks. I will reach out soon to resume our SFH or MFH hunt.
