I am excited to explore potential joint venture partnerships with like-minded individuals who are interested in pursue opportunities in the real estate market, and I am currently seeking joint venture partners to join me on this venture. Whether you are a Canadian or American investor, I am open to all who are interested in potentially maximizing their returns through a strategic partnership.

Currently I am a full-time student who has put away some funds to invest. I would like to pool the resources I have with a potential partner to get into real estate, and this route seems to be the ideal solution.

While financial capability is important, I also value partners who bring complementary skills to the table, as I will be taking my first steps investing in real estate. Hopefully I can learn from you as we progress

I'm looking to invest in the states in the near future. I have been looking in section 8 and tax lien/deed properties to get started. Ontario is a possibility down the road as well
