Cash invested: $8,600

Bought this a few years ago and its completely paid off now

This was a seller finance deal

The biggest challenge is to get a quality tenant to live here

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes would recommend my agent to anyone however, since I'm a agent I hope to take the mantle

 P.p.s I kinda wanna do more of a higher risk cause I can learn how to truly analyze a property that can be a great deal and understand all the Risks and how its done, but I know I can't really be picky when I'm still ignorant

well I'll be back in the states in about two months and yes this will be my first purchase of any property. I was thinking about partnering with someone a little more experience since this would be my first ever big purchase of any kind. Thing is I really wanna be there to learn the process, so I can lose this fear of the unknown. Anyway this has helped a great deal might have to do some networking to find someone willing to partner on a deal to get my feet wet.

P.s. I live in Pittsburgh  if anyone is wondering
