@Andy Rumple Thank you sir, I look forward to the new challenge!

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you for the information.

Hello everyone,

My name is Zach Clevenger and I am here to learn, grow, and gain financial independence. I am primarily looking for buy and hold properties; single family, considering multi family, and also commercial properties

I am located in Greenwood, Indiana in the Center Grove school district area and have lived here for near 15 years now. I will be celebrating my 10th year of marriage this October and have two beautiful daughters (6 and 3) that bring joy to my life.

Like many on here I have read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and that is how I became interested in investing, although this is not the only book I have read. My close friend Josh and I talk all the time about finances and money. And I can never seem to come out on top at my current job of being a master mechanic at a local Honda dealer. I have next to no debt, nothing outstanding, always a positive balance sheet every month, but for some reason I can never get the financial freedom I so desire.

I am tired of constantly destroying my body, working in a very hazardous environment, to simply make others rich while I barely maintain my income. That is why I am here. I have the desire to become more, to be more, and to reach a point of my life where I can enjoy my family without the stress of my current source of income.

As I said, I am here to learn. I am reading books, listening to BP's podcast, watching webinars, learning the acronyms & real estate lingo, and reading up on the forums. I have been looking at properties on everything from zillow to craigslist to analyze and see the markets.

I am seeking out other like minded individuals in my area that want to educate me and help me on my journey. Ideally I am looking for others that are farther along their journey than I am, but if you are a rookie please don't be afraid to connect with me as well. Knowledge is power!

My current areas of interest are Center Grove, Franklin, Indianapolis, Carmel, Fishers, and Noblesville.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I look forward to meeting all of you.
