Thanks Will and Justin courthouse auctions are heavy here, Will we they be so easy to give over information such as this being we know nothing about each other is there any other form of screenig without being offensive?

May I please have someone explain to me what flipping entities is? I got an idea of how it is done, I would like to know if I am on the right track. I was told it is an alternative to assignments, when banks don't allow assigning the product. Is this inexpensive and worth getting a deal to go through?
