My bid service provides trustee sale information and I had it compared to foreclosure radar.

My bid Service List:
763 properties
392 Open Bids

FR had:
473 properties
202 Open bids

Of the properties that FR had that my service had most were already postponed, but FR did have a couple that my service did not have listed. The data does not appear to be real time due to the number of postponements that occurred and their data still reflects an inaccurate sale date.

I do like FR website and layout but I would not use them as your source for trustee information for bidding at auction. For finding short sales and REO's its probably pretty good.

Their data export function does have a lot of information about the property, owners,etc.

If you are looking for a good bid sheet for buying at auction in CA, then you need to go find a local bidding service that provides the sheet for you. The local guys will have much more accurate data and you will not be wasting time analyzing properties that have already been postponed. Good luck.
