I use Avalos Heating & Air.  They've done residential and commercial projects for me and been very fair.

@David Dachtera thanks for your reply.

Our preliminary due diligence shows us there's a slightly lower vacancy in the immediate area we're considering.

The Self Storage Advisors also did an initial 50,000 foot review and indicated the location does look attractive and should warrant a complete study.

I previously sent a PM to Scott and would love to hear his thoughts.

I saw this post pop up and thought I'd make an update to help answer a couple of the questions above.

@Scott R. we just completed a reverse 1031 exchange with $2.3M in commercial property with Ashley at Lawyers.  Both sides of the exchange were assigned contracts, and everything went smoothly.

@Mike Reynolds  Our partner has done some preliminary work with them before, and they advised him not to proceed on one development due to over saturation in that market, so we take that as a good experience.

I was just hoping to hear more good feedback on a successful project before we spend $10k with them.

We have located a location / opportunity to potentially develop a self storage property in Texas.  Our preliminary due diligence looks promising, and we have good feedback from a self storage development advisor.

We're now ready to proceed with a full feasibility study and want to make sure we invest our dollars wisely and get the best advice we can.

Who here has worked with The Self Storage Advisors out of Tyler, TX, and who else should we consider for a feasibility study?

Thanks!
