Thank you, for the advice on how to use the forum. No I haven't read the guide yet. I have not done any real estate investing before it seemed like it would be a good place to start. What do you mean by volume? Is that to be expected in wholesaling? I don't really understand what you mean by market. I thought real estate was a market in and of itself.

Hello, I recently was honorably discharged from The United States Marine Corps. I am looking to break into the real estate investment business, particularly wholesaling. If anyone could give me any tips on how and where to start I'd greatly appreciate it.
