thank you very much guys for all the suggestion i quit overwhelm so far haha. Me and my father want to start investing our first property in NZ Christchurch. The thing is Christchurch right now really un stable and now there are recent report big EQ its about to hit NZ again.

My dad is an architect by profession but due to his ego like many grand parents out there think with their pass exp they think they know everything. I try to get my dad into these site but its just so hard especially for people age over 60 and anything relate to digital world it really turn them off and once again come back to ego.

I am not trying talking behind my own dad but sometime i feel fed up with him because it is him that know about property compare to me. Now after i found a good place to network with people like you guys he doesn't show any interest to even look at it it really pissing me off. 

Thank you very much for the detail info Kyle may i ask you opinion do you still believe the only good thing about PRO membership of BP is the tool to calculate the RE cost and profit no matter where you lived in the world?

And the second benefit is to find local investor for potential join venture and finance in NZ Christchurch where you wont be able to do so since you are not allow to post topic to find people that willing to join venture if you are not PRO member correct? 

no no Nick my dad is only an architect but no investor but for me i am newbie so to be honest its abit hard to bring my dad on board to these website and only me technically.

There is nothing for me to gain from all of these which is why my main title is whether or not these site is good for those that lived in NZ. Never did i mention that i am looking for capital in anywhere right?. Only asking people opinion about these site thats all.

ahhh i am so jealous to all American ahhhh and my area Christchurch keep getting EQ all the time lol and as i speak with you we just got hit again by EQ. I even find it hard to sell product in NZ and i force myself to sell it in the USA :(

Hi Nick yes i am happy to do that but i am not sure if it against the BP rule or not by doing that because i am not a PRO member like you guys.

But one thing that i can see that would usefull no matter where you lived is the tool that come with the PRO and also the ability to find an investor in my local area which is New Zealand Christchurch.

But the thing is i had 0 knowledge on on RE and my main business mainly E Commerce so only bit of piece of info that i i know about RE. Even if i try to google it i require to piece it together which going to take ages. It would be great if there is like step by step way like courses kinda thing so it can show you where to start like analyzing deal to find the best strategy to finance it and so forth.

I know that BP video will have a reply from the pass that cover many of these subjects but once again i was right that alot of the videos only usefull for those that lived in the USA and disadvantage to those that lived outside the USA :( 

So what would the best recommendation to learn from if i may ask? which is why i do google review for BP and many downside to these BP site is that it only gear toward USA location, but not those that lived outside the USA.

I recently refund my money for the Rich Dad Education after i read their pyramid scheme that will sell you $10K + course upsell later in 3 days seminar.

So now i am running out of option here where do i start from beginning to know everything on investing in NZ including law, tax, firm, agency, money landing and so on?

Hi guys i am a first time and newbie in RE and would like to ask if the video within PRO member is usefull for those that lived outside the USA? or these mainly good for USA only?

I read some BP review on google and some con about these BP pro membership that the replay video are not useful or hard to follow if you not lived in the USA.
