What do you believe would be a good major in that would give me the ability to make 100k+ so I can invest in Real Estate. I'm not one to back down from hard work and when I set my mind to something I will get it done. Currently I'm looking at a financial analyst possibly or Business Analyst.

@Steven Foster Wilson

How would you recommend I find a good mentor?

@Nathan Gesner @Calton Wells

My Parents are set on me going to college so not going isn't an option. Currently I'm trying to save up as much money as I can and have abt 1.5k set into stocks and 500 just in savings. I hope to grow this portfolio as I get older through odd jobs and summer jobs (which I have right now). Going into college I will probably be studying something related to economics and finance and maybe business.

Hi everyone I'm new here so sorry if this is kind of a drag. I am currentlly a high school student. My parents are well off people but work regular jobs in hopes of retiring at the usual 55-65 range. I came across the idea of FIRE while reading some finance books. This eventually led me real estate. I'm currently reading as much as I can about Real Estate before I go to college in hopes of being able to buy a duplex or triplex when I go (I will have some assistance from my parents) is there anything you guys recommend i do/read/learn about before I go so

@Dan Sheeks I would love to join a community like that!!
