Hello Community,

I am working on putting a property under contract in AL. I'm willing to work with another wholesaler/investor to convert this opportunity into a Deal.

If you live in Alabama & you are interested, let me know.

Hello Community,

I am an investor/wholesaler based out of Las Vegas,NV.

I recently picked up a property under contract in New Mexico "sub to"

My plan is to secure an Owner Financing transaction were I can put a family in the property. They would be buying it "owner financing" from me.

I know the logistics of these types of transactions are detailed. I'm looking to network with someone who lives in the state of New Mexico that has completed similar, if not identical transactions.

I am willing to include a partner that is willing to help me complete this transaction.

YOU BETTER GET NEW INSURANCE ON THE HOME!!!!!!!

SORRY FOR YELLING, JUST MAKING A POINT.

THE NAME ON THE TITLE (DEED) MUST HAVE INSURANCE ON THE PROPERTY, DON'T SKIP THIS PART. YOUR BACKSIDE IS COMPLETELY OPEN FOR A LAWSUIT IF THE HOUSE BURNS DOWN

sorry for yelling

If you didn't make it a point to Yell, I would have never seen this. Thank you. I'm working on a sub to in Roswell right now.
