I am an out of state investor looking for a real estate agent recommendation for the Chattanooga, TN area. I am interested in single family homes to use for STR. If anyone Is willing to give advice or help out in anyway that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the tips and information everyone. Right now my main focus is to house hack a SFH with the rent by room strategy. Hopefully a 3 or 4 bedroom house near a Metra station. Just wanted to know if this strategy sounds like a good plan or not.

Hello BP forums, I am a new investor (From the Chicagoland Area) looking to buy a house by the end of this year to house hack. Right now I am looking around the Arlington Heights/Des Plaines area since that works best for my work and a few of my roommates that are going to live with me. Just wanted to know if anyone is having any luck investing around those areas and if they had any tips or advice.
