Its a small regional bank, prosperity bank.

@Jaysen this is within the 6 month period. This bank doesn’t require a seasoning. I’m going to supply the docs requested and see what happens. Thanks for the response!

I’m trying my first brrr and I’m ready to refinance. The bank is asking for the hud and a list of improvements with costs. Is that normal? Thanks for the help in advance.

I’m looking for some advise on a deal I’ve come across. It’s an older Main Street type commercial building in a small town in Texas. It has 4 small separate store fronts plus a very large 2nd floor. It needs a ton of work but the owners have agreed to sell it for $50k. I’d like to run my real estate biz out of one and rent the others out. What are the pros and cons of this?
