The actual repair cost is estimated at $6000
Similar properties on market right now for $110,000

just trying to play it safe and still have the number within the ball park.

Let me know your thoughts.

I am honestly open to any person/company you recommend overall. Trying to build the team from the ground up, and I know you can never have too many contacts.

@Jonathan Oh thanks Johnathan. The idea of the median value is amazing. I was looking for how to maintain the balance between high end and not to expensive. Do you have any recommendations on tools you might personally use to dive into the data?

@Chris Stroup Thank you Chris. I’m currently looking through the forums , trying to get a good grasp of how things work here. Found a few good blog posts as well. Just need to learn how to share them on here.

@Jon Shoop wow! This is really amazing insight Jon. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

I’ll take more action looking into each area from a residential point of view.

@Dan Weber thank you Dan. This was very helpful. Do you have any particular recommendations for getting info on migration patterns and what particular metrics do you look for? I do have a general idea on which cities are experiencing growth. Looking to get more details on the information that would be useful for an investor.
