Multiple sources including BP have recommended doing local networking. I’m looking for rental property investors in the Warren, Ohio area looking to do some networking.

I dont know if this will help or not but what I did is watch Brandon's video on YouTube how to analyze a property. I took notes on every step and piece of information he needed then also the results he got and researched how to get them. Then I put it all in a spreadsheet to make my own investment calculator where I just plug in the numbers and it tells me things like monthly and annual cash flow, operating expenses, and loan info if applicable.

I'm a new investor in a group of 3. We currently own and manage two single family properties, one being in our LLC and one owned personally. We're trying to educate ourselves on what options we have moving forward to buy more properties and also to move the second property into the LLC. We would prefer to get a conventional type loan through the LLC with 20-25% down and an interest rate around 4-5%. Is this possible? If so, how? Any advice is appreciated.
