Hello!

I have 2.56 acres of unrestricted and undeveloped land in Leander, TX that I am looking to develop with partners. This land is 45 minutes from downtown Austin, but is also outside of Leander city limits. There are no utilities or restrictions in place which leads to plenty of opportunity. I have gone down the rabbit hole of storage, multi-family, single family, and more, and am hoping to find someone with more experience who is interested in joining me on this project. I do have the land for sale as well if someone is interested in purchasing, but I would rather work together to develop it. Any and all help and suggestions are appreciated!

Hello Everyone!

I am a part time agent and investor located in Leander, TX. I started listening to the BiggerPockets podcast in late 2023 and have since heard every episode. The knowledge gained from the podcast helped me purchase my first three investment properties, and a piece of land. I look forward to continue to learn by engaging on the forum platform!
