I am about to turn twenty years old and am currently a junior in college. I've had a part-time job for almost four years now and I would say I'm smart with my money. I create a budget every month based off my income including investing, savings, and necessities. I don't believe I have enough income or savings right now to invest in any real estate especially being in debt with school. I've read the BiggerPockets Real Estate Investment Book and it gave me so much information that truly helped me. I currently listen to the different podcast episodes from BiggerPockets as well. Where I'm at right now is me listening and soaking up information around real estate. My biggest question is does anyone have advice for me to take action or move closer to taking action even though I'm a very young age?
