Hello forum! I have a client that has had a rough past two years (a credit score under 500 and they're a 1099 with inconsistent income history). However, they do have 11years of investment experience under their belt (100's of multi-family rentals, flips, etc) Would this individual have any options for financing more multi-family?

Hey there Bigger Pockets community! My name is Zach Mckinnis and I am from Hutchinson, Kansas. I have been in my real estate investing career for two and a half years at this point and have accumulated 5 properties consisting of 15 units. I have one single family home, one commercial apartment building and the other three are multi-family homes. I have been raised around real estate investing my entire life and saw no greater option than to pursue it myself. It's been the best decision I have ever made as now I work part time for my fathers scrap yard and utilize as much time as possible furthering my investing career. I recently have decided to make the jump into Colorado Springs to expand my portfolio. This has always been a major goal of mine as I am obsessed with the area. I always said by 30 I would accomplish this goal, however, at 26 years old it looks like i'm going to make it happen. Any contacts in the Colorado Springs area would be tremendously appreciated as I need to connect with like minded investors, bankers, accountants, lawyers, property managers and any others. Hope to make it on a Bigger Pockets podcast eventually! Thank you guys for reading!

Hey there guys! I'm a 2 year investor who deals basically with multi family homes within Hutchinson KS. I currently have 5 properties which contain 15 units total. I have always wanted to be in Colorado Springs and especially invest there. Any possible information would be greatly appreciated as to make my transition easier and more calculated. I will plan on filing a 1031 exchange at some point to exit my properties within KS. Anyone ever made a jump like this before? I feel it's time I make the next move.

Hey there guys! Needing help here finding a good investment realtor in the CO Springs area. Haven't had too much luck thus far! All help would be greatly appreciated!

@Ben Relph the ordnance is just local, only pertaining to the city of Hutchinson.

What is it that someone can legally do to avoid having to participate in a rental registration and inspection ordnance in Hutchinson Kansas? The ordnance states that each unit will be inspected every three years and annually I will have to pay $25/unit. This is really just another form of taxation but what can I do legally to avoid having to participate in this ordnance?
