Hello BP,

Does anyone out there have a recommendation for a property manager in the the Appleton, Neenah, or Oshkosh area in Wisconsin? I see a few when searching but am looking for positive or negative experiences to narrow down the search.

Thanks for all the replies everyone. 

I have found a specific property I am interested in, contacted the selling agent and received a listing of the rents received per unit and current monthly costs. I combined all that with my estimates of expected costs and still have a decent monthly cash flow. I think my next step is to visit the property. Do I need an agent representing me at this point, or is it OK to go look on my own?

My name is Zach, I am just getting started and looking to invest in multi family properties. My main market will be the greater Milwaukee area. I have read a few books, listen to a few podcasts, and want to get started. I have a lot of questions, and will look around BP for some answers. I am also looking for a mentor or someone to help me through my first deal, even if it's not local. I have a few emails and phone calls out about specific properties, but need help knowing when and how to take the next steps.
