I want to make a career change and because I have made real estate my side hustle, I want a job that compliment that. I’m in the process of getting my Cam license but I thought I would ask the forum for some advice on how to get started and how to find the right company to work for?

@Marc Rice Thank you for the advice and I am very new to real estate. How do I avoid a balloon payment? The agreement I have set up for the deal with the relative is 10% down for 30 year fixed at 4% Interest rate until I’m ready to refinance the mortgage. My understanding of owner financing is that instead of a traditional bank the family member is the bank. Is their more I need to worry about? Am I over simplifying it?

I am 19 years old and just brought my first property. It is a personal property but since moving in, I realized I want to get into real estate investing. So I started a small construction company with my friend/partner and we are saving our profits to put into our first investment property. Also, we are contract some of our jobs out to test and finding reliable contractor when it become our money on the line. I found this form by accident. I was selling a boat on Facebook and young kid a few years older then me told me about. This form and the podcast has taught more in a week then I did in the first two months of this project. For that reason I am going to start to blog my progress. I am not expecting anyone to read or respond to these but I’m going to write them once a month to keep me on track.
