@Charles Seaman I don’t know how to truly underwrite but all the math I’ve been doing shows approximately $6,000 per month cash flow

@Charles Seaman I can’t think of anyone I would have that could fund it alone and I’ve never partnered with anyone on a deal before not sure where to start to find partners

I have found a 22 unit apartment complex with 18 garages for sale for $1.8 million. I do not have the capital for a purchase like this but would love to get into the commercial multi family investments. What should I do to try and pursue this route?

Hi, I am 21 years old. I own 2 properties, (a triplex and a single-family unit). I work full-time, traveling around the Midwest working 60-80 hours a week.

My question to you is: if you were in my shoes, would you search for new properties to invest in (rent out) or would you focus on building a management/business empire?

Thank you for your advice!
