Hello, I am a student studying business at the University of Houston who is seeking to have an 30-60 minute informational interview either in person or over the phone, with someone who has made a career out of Real Estate and has experience investing in Real Estate. I would love the opportunity to talk to someone who is willing to share some knowledge and insight with me, and who has experience in any field ranging from wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds, new development, or building custom homes. I am doing this not only for my own personal gain of knowledge but also a Career project I have been assigned.

A brief insight into myself and my interest in Real Estate: I just recently turned 21 this past January and am in the process of building a wholesaling business which I believe will help open doors to a career in working with and investing in Real Estate. My plan is to build capital and begin buying SF properties for buy and holds over the next few years and eventually get into Multis. I also plan to begin rehabbing properties to gain experience as I want to create a development and custom homes business in the future. While building these businesses I plan on also building a massive portfolio of Multi family properties and commercial properties as well.

From a buyers perspective, what are the thoughts and concerns on properties with a flood history? Say flooded one or two times from a tropical storm or hurricane. I’ve got three potential Flood deals in Houston and would like to hear some insight from

True investors.
