I've lived in DFW for over 2 years now and still haven't found a network to talk real estate! I started my investment journey with two SFH's, one I am house hacking and one I am renting out.

Mainly looking for a mentor to get dinner/lunch with occasionally (I’ll buy 😁), or a group of like-minded individuals to talk real estate strategies, ideas, lessons, etc! Please connect and I’ll shoot you my phone number!

I'm looking to buy a SFH in northeast Texas that has a large shop on it. Would i be able to rent the shop out for someone to run their mechanic shop out of or is this not allowed due to residential zoning?
