That’s very helpful! And oh I have heard that about the majority of people not actually practicing.

thank you so much! That happened this morning it appears and we’ve now fixed it I believe. We’d love to give you 30% off your next clean. I’m so appreciative for you letting me know as I might’ve not seen that for days! Thank you!!

@Zachary Scalzo I have an MTR in Chesapeake and am interested, but when I try to visit your site it won't come up. It's says it's insecure and your https certificate is expired. That could possibly be preventing traffic. If people can't access the site without disabling anti-virus, etc. it's a barrier. Probably an easy fix that might make a big difference. I'll definitely take a look. I have a turnover coming up soon.

This is super helpful. Thank you so much.

Quote from @Sean Hudgins:

I would recommend reaching out to the brokerages and see if you can do a presentation at their team meeting. That's a great way to get introduced to a lot of agents and the new ones all in one place. I do generally agree that once someone has their person, they are not going to be very open to switching. but if you can prove yourself with someone building that team, you may find yourself in a great position.

Also, try and reach out to the Sandbridge vacation rental companies and see if you can get on their list or radar. that would be a great way to get very steady demand in the summertime.

Thank you. This is super helpful! I wonder if there is a way to web scrape for when a new realtor is hired or passed exams in the area so that I could hit them up immediately.

Hi All,

I own investment properties in Virginia Beach and Hampton Virginia.  Two years ago I started a maid company in Hampton Road Virginia.  While I have grown my client base to a respectable number, I've struggled to gain consistent traction with realtors and property managers.  I made a website that gives instant quotes and I know for a fact (since I spoke with my property manger)  that my pricing is very competitive.  Here is my website if you have any suggestions: https://maxiemaids.com/

I've tried using cold email and some cold calling to get in contact with realtors and property managers, but it has not turned into consistent business.  What is the best guidance you guys have for me to be the first call for move out cleans, tenant turnover cleans, etc.  I want to dominate this sector.
