Hey BP Community,

I'm currently looking into the world of Airbnb Arbitrage in New England and have a few questions. If anyone has experience or insights, I'd greatly appreciate your input!

Airbnb Arbitrage in New England:

Is anyone actively involved in Airbnb Arbitrage in New England? I'm interested in hearing about your experiences, challenges, and successes.

Cities/Towns and Local Regulations:

I'm curious to know which cities or towns in New England are more open or restrictive when it comes to Airbnb Arbitrage. Are there specific places where this real estate strategy is thriving or facing obstacles?

Researching Areas:

What's the best way to research which areas in New England allow or don't allow Airbnb Arbitrage? Are there online resources, local government websites, or community forums that provide valuable insights?

Looking forward to your responses!

Thanks,

@Eric James I have some friends that are in the process of doing that exact same thing!

Hi BiggerPockets!

My name is Zach McHugh and I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. I am from Lunenburg, Massachusetts and currently live at home. Recently I turned 23 years old and have been addicted to podcasts teaching me about life, business, and finance. I currently work a corporate job but have always told myself that I will be a millionaire by the age of 40. With that goal in mind, I was trying to pursue the path of starting a brand, creating an app, or founding a business, but after hearing about BiggerPockets my mindset has shifted.

I would love to learn more about real estate options as a young college graduate.
