Hey I’ve actually just finished something you may be interested in. Brandon Turners “the Book on Investing in Real-Estate with Zero Money Down”

Some great ideas and thoughts I’ve read through a few times now.

Good luck.

Brandon, thanks. I’ll reach out to some friends or on Bigger Pockets and see if they have a  reference to investor minded realtors. I appreciate the info!

Marc, thanks for giving me these options. I have briefly viewed them, and will be getting into it a lot more.

@Matt Gilbert thanks for reaching out, and glad to hear it! I have heard Columbus and Cleveland can be very profitable. If I were looking for long term renters, I would absolutely consolidate my search to Cleveland/Akron. However, I'm trying to take advantage of Wine Country out East. I do live in Cuyahoga County, so I will look into Akron's REIA. After a short google search, I've found there's a Cleveland one too. Already a huge help, thank you.

NOTE* "rookie here"

Regardless, I am excited and eager to be here. I have read and spent a lot of time looking into podcasts in the appropriate section of Bigger Pockets, reading books on various subjects of real-estate investing, but I feel as though I am just scratching the surface of this beast of potential passive income, and I cannot and will not stop. I want to buy and hold property in Northeast Ohio, (Geneva/Ashtabula area). I have researched the best methods to approach this, and I do not have an outstanding amount of funds lying around, so I am seeking a hard money lender. Family would be best, but I am looking for other resources as well. Where do I even begin to approach networking for lenders? Additionally, could I have recommendations for websites to shop for deals on real-estate, what has worked best for you?
