now I'm new to investing but I know what it's like to have to try to focus on career  or investing for me I think was best to switch career path and find a job that helpi g me be able to invest. For I see it as you are making great money so focus on your career and focus some of your time to investing you also have a large amount of cash on had alot of ppl don't have that so become a private lender make more money with out some of the stress that come with doing the deals your self

@Maritha Harr hey I live in Cali as well I've been looking into getting in to Real estate and Cali it just to expensive but I've personally been looking in to the saint louis MO market for multi families and so far it looks very promising!!!
