I am new to the idea of Commercial Real Estate, especially self storage units.

I am hopeful there might be an experienced investor in this type of investing to talk to and ask some questions.

There is a zoned lot for sale for commercial use, I’m more experienced with fix and flips and not so much Building from a trashed parking lot into and commercial unit.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

Is there anyone who could possibly give me a head accountability or order of who I would need to talk to and work with through a single deal.

This is a general question, so it’s not niche specific.

Ideally, what I am looking for is (realtor, lawyer, contractor, etc)

I want to know all professionals I would have to go through to make a deal happen.

If there is an order of who you contact (before deal) first to last (after sold) without getting to personal, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have seen a lot of homes flipped into great sellers, but something has come to my attention that I somehow have skimmed over.

From your experience in rehab and flipping,

What could one expect from adding a fire pit.

I have seen a lot of properties with a grand, yet bare backyard.

I’m just curious, what are the pros and cons of putting one together.

Is it a good investment to increase a homes value, or is it merely a waste?

I have seen a lot of home renovation, but little on the property itself.

@Dan Mackin I am fresh into the game of real estate, but have learned a lot through biggerpockets podcast and more. I would like to attend, what would be the timeframe?

Obviously some what of a trick question.

However, from your experience in flipping, or BRRRing, if you only had as little as $6000 to start with, what would you use the first $6000 towards?

Also, best books for the financial math, in the real estate field?
