Hello everyone, I’ve been actively learning about RE investing for several months now and want to start taking action. I’d like to start by house hacking - looking to buy a duplex/triplex and move out after the first year. One issue I’ve seen is that banks require one year of work history at the job that you provide pay stubs for. What are somethings that you’ve used to get around this? Private lenders? (Starting a new job in a few months)

Hey Samuel! I’m actually in the same situation as you are and also live in Charlotte, NC. I’m in south end! We should grab lunch sometime and share knowledge!
