Good morning/afternoon/evening BP, I am 23, married, and separating from the US Navy in July. I'll be attending USF for civil engineering in the spring. I've always been interested in financing/investing and started researching RE (obsessively) about 3 months ago. I'm a complete newbie to all of this but it has me very excited. I am very interested in the buy and hold/multi-family strategy. I've thought about it extensively, and I think the best way to get my feet wet in RE is to house-hack a du/tri/quadplex. Even got the wife on board with it ;) I've looked at a few properties on loopnet and crunched the numbers, put them into the Pro Tools on BP, and would love if somebody could look over one example and let me know what they think. I'm also seeking a team of people to make this dream of mine a reality. I just joined this site recently and I am realizing this is one of, if not THE most important resource available to me at this time. Thank you all in advance, I look forward to becoming more involved in this RE community.
