@Jon Lee Hello Jon Lee ! Thank you so much for suggesting i meet with investors in person. I am currently attending a few real estate meetup groups and reading books as often as I can. I don’t want to waste anyone’s times so I haven’t found an investor to mentor me. I know their time is valuable so I’m trying to learn a bit more so I can add some sort of value to their life. What I can offer is to clean up their rentals or maybe pick up rents for them. If you know anyone who needs helping managing their properties, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I don’t mind doing grunt work at all.

@Denise Ramirez thank you so much Denise !!!! I really appreciate it. I’ve been attending real estate meeting groups and it definitely helps to be around motivated people. I’m thinking about managing the first few myself. Do you have any book suggestions on managing multi family homes?

Hello! My names is Yvette Hernandez and I am new to the bigger pockets life. I want to buy my first rental property soon. There’s a few goals I am trying to achieve beforehand but as soon as I do those, I will be purchasing. I’m hoping 6 months. Any tips you may have, please swnd them my way. I will take as much advice as possible.

Anyways, I wanted to post on the forums to offer help. I want to learn about investing so if there is any out of town real estate investors wanting to invest in Las Vegas, NV I can be your eyes and ears here ! I can check out the property, it’s surroundings and let you know if there’s a ton of crime, schools stats or any other information you may want to know. I am not a real estate agent or professional. All I ask is that you’re patient with me, as I am still extremely new at this investment thing but i want to learn it and will help anyway I can!
