I started the process with Oracle Loans LLC, but I decided to pursue other options. They are partners with Midwest Corporate Credit. They charge a 10% fee to get you approved for business credit cards (it's not really a line of credit) and it is not guaranteed you will get the amount you are requesting. I can search for business credit cards myself without paying a company 10%.

@Art Allen thanks for replying. I am in the research phase for my first property looking to do hardwoods floors, new cabinets in kitchen, new countertops for kitchen, new kitchen appliances, new bathroom vanity, new toilet, and tile for bathroom floor and shower.

I am a newbie looking for my first flip. I am assembling a team. Does anyone have recommendations for a Real Estate Attorney, Accountant, Contractors, and Insurance Agents in Wake County.
