Thank you Mathew. Do you by chance know any other issues that can arise. The septic tank has a built in sensor that detects when it’s ready to be pumped.

Hi All, I’m looking to buy a vacation rental property that runs on a septic tank for its sewer. Am I in for trouble with this? The house is fairly big and will have 8-12 people at a time.
