I live in eastern WA, near wine country, I am hoping to build an in-law suite / tiny house on my property to rent as an Airbnb. My family is in construction and they would be able to do mostly everything - except we need certified floor plans. Does anyone have any good resources for this?

My name is Yuriana, I am 31 years old, I am new to investing with the ultimate goal to retire early and become a math school teacher (I work in corporate right now). I just bought my first home with a nice 1.5 acres near lots of great wineries in central Washington. I want to build a tiny home to use as additional income in the area but don't know where to start. Primarily, where can I find reliable plans for tiny houses? I have a family of construction workers so that's the easiest part for me.
