Also, how can you analyze a great Multi-Family Deal and is there anyone currently investing in Multi-Family Homes in Fayetteville, North Carolina?

When purchasing your first Multi-Family Home Investment as an Owner-Occupy, does the manufacture year of the home range apply? Example if its newer than 15 years or older than 35, would it be an initial bad investment, especially if you have to rehab the property? Has anyone experience with working with 203K's when purchasing Single Family or Multi-Family Homes? Also could anyone provide their experiences with investing in Multi-Family homes in general? For Instance: What worked for you, The mistakes you encountered, & What you found to be Successful? How to estimate Rent?

Why is the previous owner giving away this property when it's already occupied by renters?

Hello my name is Jeremy. I'm interested in learning more about tax lien investings, and I am hoping to begin networking with other investors in NC. Is there anyone currently in NC that are investing in tax Liens?

Hello,

I am hoping that someone could provide me with a little advice. I want to buy an investment property during my separation period before Divorce. However whenever I try to buy a home in the State of North Carolina, the agency is telling me sense I do not have a separation agreement, my present wife could still have say over the property that I purchase. Is this true? Or am I dealing with the wrong real estate agency?

Hello everyone, Im searching online trying to find the best real estate course to take that is given online for the state of NC. So far I have ran into JY Monk, Real Estate Express, and Superior Real Estate School. Before I pick one, I am hoping someone here could give me a little more information on these schools from personal experiences. Im sure every school teaches the same curriculum but, I would like to find a school that will give me more besides sitting in a class room and reading from a book. Maybe there is a course that will provide a more hands-on approach. Hopefully you guys can help.

If I turn my home that I had financed through a VA Loan to into a rental property, will it allow me to become eligible to apply for a new VA Loan (or) Will I have to wait until the Property is paid off in full?
