What does it take to become a partner?

Nightmarish experience with them so far..

Instead of cancelling a guest's reservation I need to relocate them at my expense

My listing is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom single family and its currently near impossible to find in  my area.

Anyone had similar experience?

Will closing the default bank account they have on file prevent them from charging me for that?

How do I get out of relocation fee?

I want to stop my listing on booking and tried to cancel one existing reservation so i can get out. My listing is 4 bed 3 bath single family and they were able to book it for cheap due to number of people sliding scale discount I applied by mistake as a first timer on the platform Will closing my bank account prevent them from holding me responsible for guest's relocation fees??
