You need to also take into account the condo fees, it can eat up all your cash flow sometime, especially older condos. That's why i'm really hesitant to invest in condos in Canada. I know that GTA real estate was crazy for several years, now it seems to cool down a little bit. Still, it's very hard to find a cash flowing property. 

You might want to look into Quebec or N.B. they have some good cash flowing property, if that's what you are aiming for.
