@Parag Shah

Parag, welcome, I am a new member of BP and also look for multifamily deals in Middlesex and Somerville.

I fully agree with the idea of using FHA loan for your first multi family!

Best,

Yuki

@Adrian Samborowski

Hi Adrian, I start investing in central NJ this year. I have started with multifamily and look to add more multifamilies to my portfolio and also consider apartments building with more units.

Thanks for your advice on join local REI group/club. May you PM me for more advice on how to join the clubs.

Thanks in advance.

Best,

Yuki

@Brandon Turner

Thanks for sharing this Link, Brandon.

I like your podcast, Brandon. Very informative!

I invest in central NJ as well. I believe the idea of FHA loan for multifamily is a great start for first time buyer.

@Edward C.

Very helpful tips! Thank you.

I am a beginner investor in NJ multifamily properties as well. I just bought the first few multifamily properties this year in central NJ and keep learning and looking to buy more to build a portfolio.

I am wondering if there is a network or website we could find these investors who would offload their properties.

Many thanks.

Best,

Yuki
