So is the big company fit me or the independent sponsoring broker better for me? and I found a company named Real People Realty online (yes, the google ad). There ad is very attractive. Is that possible just give flat fee per month and gain 100% commission also lots of training ?

Hello everyone! I just passed the Broker Exam in Illinois. My family living in berwyn. First, we need to sell our house in recently. and my husband will sell his flipped houses by me in the future. I'm totally newbie in real estate as a new immigrant from another country. I really think I need some useful training and support from the managing broker. So what kind of sponsoring broker should I work for?  or could someone recommend managing broker for me ?
