I'm from the DFW area in TX. I have a few rentals and I'm looking to invest in multi-family/rehab properties. Looking to meet likeminded people and continue to learn and grow.

Please feel free to reach out, I'm looking for all contacts. Investors, contractors, tax specialist, lenders, etc.

Thank you and looking forward to working with you!!

I have a few questions first:

1. Does it make sense to have a CPA with 2 rentals?

2. I didn't do the 1099 this year for my tenants, what would be the best plan for this year and forward?

I'm looking for someone I can build a good working relationship with going forward, highly recommended, and that is a reasonable price for the work being supplied. Hopefully they could help me out throughout the year on tax changes, pointers to help future taxes, etc.

I'll take any information or recommendations.

Thank you in advance!!

I'm looking for any good deals in the Nashville area.

Refinancing don't make sense considering I have good interest rates compared to what I would get today. I'm currently sitting below 4% where now I'd be looking at 7%. I'm not interested in selling or refinancing if that's the case. I'd rather find a partner, or I'll find short term loans.

I’ve had one rental for a year and just acquired rented out my second rental. I have a couple hundred thousand in equity between the two and now I’m trying to figure out my next move. I’m open to partners but would prefer to do it on my own and I’m trying to figure out how to get more loans/money for more properties. I’m in the Nashville, TN area.

Thank you in advance for the help.

@Alex Grosvenor Did you end up using one of the suggested accountants? I'm also looking and I'm from the DFW area.

Thanks for the help!

I'm currently staying in the Wierton Tri-state area in WV.

I'm wondering if there's still investor meet ups or to be more precise, I'm looking for a mentor. Under today's conditions I'm wondering if there's experienced investors in my area and how I would find them?

I’m having trouble finding banks that offer cash out refi. After calling all local banks I found only one bank that offers a 5.35 interest rate but I feel like that’s a little too high.

Questions:

1. Is that an acceptable rate for a 30 yr mortgage?

2. Are there other banks or better options that I’m unaware of?

3. Would it be better to wait for the Corona issues to blow over before cash out refi?

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks!
