 Like I mentioned earlier, it's a group with international members where we assist each other in finding deals and obtain funding for them. A lot of us own equity together in certain wholesale projects due to us actually being able to afford them with ease with multiple people involved in it. 

 any idea how I can get started finding a syndicate? I feel like it's something I could benefit from since I'm not that experienced

It seems like most people on this website work by themselves on rental properties but do people here actually work in a syndicate grouped up with other people?
