Im looking to partner up with someone from NYC,for R.E wholesaling.starting from scratch.

I wanted to know is there a contract that i would have to use to assign deals over to investors.If so where can i find this specific contract.
Im very eager to get going with wholesaling,but i have to get ready.
I don't want anyone to take advantage of me.I want to make sure I collect my fees.

are you trying to sell it yourself?or through a broker,if self or broker you should check how your advertising the property.If your advertising correctly,still without buyers,you should rent until sold or lease option.

im new here,but i feel at home because were all future real estate investors.
I like the concept of the wholsaler tecnique,this is the area of real estate
that i will get into.Not to hold but to flip quickly.i will be educating myself
