I did my recertification in November and it still shows nothing. Only when it paid the first time. ( In October) I have sent several messages but no answer? Is anyone else at this point? I’ve called and waited 2 hours… no answer…

Me as well. I sent all the documents requested for recertification the day they said I could recertify. My application is still saying Application Paid from the first go around. Sent over 10 messages trying to get an update on my recertification. Anyone else at this point? 

Thanks so much for that info. As you said, my status changed to batched this morning, but my rent and utilities say processed. 

You m wondering if anyone has got their utilities paid? 

Started app 8/2.  As of 9/6 it’s still saying qc in review 

What does in QC review mean? Is that getting me closer to the approval stage? 

Can someone tell me what waiting for landlord outreach means and how long before and application is approved after?
