Hello Biggerpockets members! I am Yolanda from the NYC area. New to investing, I want to make this my job.

I will be investing in tax liens, deeds, flip homes, as well as apartment complexes. Any advice in buying my first property around the nyc area would be appreciated. Also any lien or deed investors which state close to ny is the best for investing.
