Hi I'm looking to virtually wholesale in San Antonio. I would love to connect with some local wholesalers and other investors in the area and learn more about this market.

Has anyone heard of New Wealth Advisors Club from Riverside, CA? I’m looking for a group of wholesalers to work with and came across these guys but seems to have mixed reputation so wanted to see if anyone knows anything about these guys.

Thanks

I got my degree in Cyber Security but never used it. 😅

@Ethan G. I highly recommend Adam Stone. He is a Real Estate Attorney who also is an investor and realtor.

@Casey Roman have you considered becoming a private money lender? Not sure exactly how it works but might be an option. Also there are companies that does like group investing into a big project kind of like syndication.
