Anybody can recommend me about a contractors in Detroit metro and the suburb?

I am a foreign investor and its hard for me to fined a good one that i can trust.

the contractors of my property manger are to busy and i want to fined a guy that i can work with and trust him.

I am a foreign investor looking to financing a big protfolio for a long period.

All of my propeties value are around 60k-80k and the rent 1000$-1200$.

I am looking to know a mortgage broker that work with foreign investors or lender that can financing my protfolio.

Right now i dont have any mortgage on my protfolio.

Hello BP members.

I am invest in Detroit suburbs like oak park, Farmington hills southfiled.

I have portfolio of 5 properties that i want to check the option to get a mortgage for them. 

I want to ask you BP members if i as a foreign investor can get a mortgage on my properties and make a refinance. Those properties coast me around 65K and all of them are rent.

If yes what is the options for me? for how many years i can take the mortgage? how many percentage from the properties value i can get? 75%? and what is the interest i can get?
