Well with that being said.....it seems like wholesaling my be the way to go for the moment.....as I continue to grow and learn I can venture out into other areas.

I honestly want to get into owner financing single family houses. 

But because I could also use some right now cash......I feel like wholesaling is the best solution. 

I'm honestly torn

That building a buyers list is the most important part of being successful in real estate.
