Hello there!
Having been in the quant finance industry for a while I have long made up my mind to tap into real estate market. I have read books/forums about different strategies and investment styles and here I finally decide to say hello to all of you in BP community and get my hands dirty by start executing in year 2019! :)
I'm located in the bay area and have done two real estate purchases before, including my own home. I'm recently in contract with another investment property in greater New York area, but it is more as a buy and hold type of strategy.
My goal this year: I am looking to do more projects in house flipping and BRRRR this year. It'd be awesome if in the future we can do business together and you can guide me through the process since I am considerably new to flip. I am very hands on and very eager to learn!
